.. au choix   <\/td><td>\n  360\n  gr\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td> M\u00e9lange   de graines au choix (tournesol, courge, lin, s\u00e9same\u2026)    <\/td><td>   220   gr    <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>  Flocon   d\u2019avoine    <\/td><td>    60   gr    <\/td><\/tr><tr><td> Eau   <\/td><td>\n  260\n  gr\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td> Huile   olive   <\/td><td>\n  100\n  gr\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td> Sel   <\/td><td>\n  10\n  gr\n  <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-medium-font-size has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color\">Op\u00e9rations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li> M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients secs dans le bol du robot<\/li><li> Ajouter l\u2019eau et l\u2019huile et m\u00e9langer au robot pour obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse<\/li><li>Diviser la p\u00e2te en 4 p\u00e2tons (pour 4 plaques de four en   2 cuissons)    <\/li><li> Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C <\/li><li> \u00c9taler le p\u00e2ton au rouleau entre 2 feuilles de papier sulfuris\u00e9 pour  atteindre 1 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur   (on \u00e9tale la p\u00e2te jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 atteindre de la  taille de la plaque du four) <\/li><li> Retirer la feuille de papier du dessus, piquer \u00e0 la fourchette (pour \u00e9viter les gonflements lors de la cuisson) <\/li><li> D\u00e9couper \u00e0 la roulette \u00e0 pizza les formes de crackers d\u00e9sir\u00e9es\u00a0: carr\u00e9s, rectangles,   triangles,&#8230;.    <\/li><li> D\u00e9poser la feuille de papier avec la p\u00e2te d\u00e9coup\u00e9e sur la plaque du four  et r\u00e9p\u00e9ter les op\u00e9rations pour la deuxi\u00e8me plaque de four   <\/li><li> Enfourner les deux plaques \u00e0 180\u00b0C durant 25 min  &#8211; chaleur tournante<\/li><li> D\u00e9fourner,  retirer la feuille de papier avec les crackers en la prenant  par les coins et la   d\u00e9poser sur une treille pour laisser refroidir  les crackers<\/li><li>R\u00e9p\u00e9ter les op\u00e9rations pour les 2 autres plaques<\/li><li> Stocker \u00e0 l\u2019abri de l\u2019humidit\u00e9    <\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingr\u00e9dients Farine (blanche, semi compl\u00e8te,&nbsp;
