M\u00e9langer<\/li><li>Ajouter la levure, l&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de et l&rsquo;huile.<\/li><li>P\u00e9trir au robot jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te lisse et souple<\/li><li>Rassembler le p\u00e2te en boule dans un plat, la couvrir d&rsquo;un linge humide et la laisser reposer 2h dans un endroit chaud (la p\u00e2te va double de volume) <\/li><li>D\u00e9gazer la p\u00e2te (l&rsquo;aplatir) , la diviser en 8 boules et les laisser lever encore 30 min<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 225\u00b0C<\/li><li>Sur le plan de travail farin\u00e9, aplatir chaque boule pour former une galette d&rsquo;environ 15 cm de diam\u00e8tre et 5mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur.
